The PSGm 16 knife holder was specially developed for the smallest cutting widths. The pneumatic shear cut knife holder enables extremely narrow cutting widths and can contribute to a significant increase in your productivity as well as the reduction of downtimes and costs.

Use of the knife holder PSGm 16
The PSGm 16 is our narrowest knife holder with proven, backlash-free vertical double guide for cutting narrow tapes from 16 mm. Classic applications are cutting of aluminium foil, nonwoven and textile as well as paper materials.
DIENES modular mini shear cut knife holder enables a huge increase in productivity and economic efficiency and a reduction in maintenance and downtime. Due to the small width of this pneumatic holder of only 16 mm (5/8″), small cutting widths are also possible – without the use of sleeves or knife holders arranged offset on separate crossbars. This in turn leads to cleaner cuts and extended blade life.
Nickel-plated Version
DIENES has already produced a customized version of the PSGm 16. Individually tailored to the medical and food industries, the knife holder is available in a nickel-plated finish.
