DIENES Easy Change – tool free knife change
In the past 110 years of company history, DIENES motivation has been to make the handling of knife holder and knife as safe and easy as possible.
With the DIENES Easy Change it is now possible to change a knife without tools. No screws can fall into the machine and cause a possible production stop. The Easy Change function is already available on our DS 8 shear cut knife holder and is now newly available for our PSGs-DF shear cut knife holder with a minimum cutting width of 60 mm. In addition, the knife holder is equipped with the Senso Control LED depth adjustment, which is used for user-friendly and time-saving adjustment of the overlap depth.
