DIENES donates again to the Overather Tafel
As in previous years, DIENES decided not to send Christmas gifts around the world in 2023 and instead donated €1,500 to the Overather Tafel food charity.
As a local family business, we are aware of our responsibility to the region and its people, which is why we regularly donate to the Overather Tafel and the local volunteer fire department.
On 20.12.2023, Rudolf Supe-Dienes (Managing Director) and Maja Supe-Dienes (Corporate Strategy & Business Optimization) personally handed over the cheque to the board of the Overather Tafel, Ms Hildegard Schönenborn and Mr Eckehard Ruffmann. “It is impressive to see the passion and love with which the volunteers work for this good cause. As a local company, we are happy to support this initiative, which helps people in need in the region,” says Maja Supe-Dienes, describing her impression on site.
The Overather Tafel provides with food and hygiene products over 1,200 people in Overath and the surrounding area every week. Many thanks to the employees of the Tafel for their tireless commitment.
