This website uses the web analysis tool “Matomo”, a self-hosted Open Source software. The analysis tool Matomo, in the version we use, anonymises IP addresses. This means IP addresses will be shortened by the last two bytes before they are used to analyse user behaviour. Thereafter, in accordance with the prevailing opinion, the data cannot be connected to you personally anymore. Your IP address will be used in shortened form (and thus without allocation to you personally) to effect a rough geolocalisation. This means your country of origin and your access provider (internet access provider) is established and stored. The anonymised data will be stored on DIENES’ own servers and not be disclosed to third parties.
You may decide whether a unique web analysis cookie is stored on your browser in order to allow the website operator to store and analyse various statistical data. If you decide against it, please click on the following link in order to store the Matomo deactivation cookie in your browser.
The analysis tool Matomo uses a cookie which will be stored as a small text file on your end-device as a so-called persistent cookie and which will remain on your computer after your visit on our website.
Our website uses plug-ins of YouTube, a website operated by Google. The operator of the website is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
If you visit one of our pages where a YouTube plug-in is included, a connection to the YouTube servers will be established and the YouTube server will be informed which of our pages you visited.
If you are logged in to your YouTube account you allow YouTube to directly allocate your browsing behaviour to your personal profile. You may prevent this by logging out from your YouTube account.
The use of YouTube is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online contents and thus based on Article 6, para. 1, lit f of the GDPR. Clicks on YouTube videos will not be stored.
For more information on the handling of user data, please go to YouTube’s data privacy notice at:
This website uses the contents of Google Maps, also operated by Google, Inc. This is to directly show you interactive maps on the website, to facilitate finding the locations we state on the website and to enable you to comfortably use the map function.
This application is directly retrieved from Google’s servers, therefore the company receives your current IP. Due to your visit on the website, Google will receive the information that you accessed the relevant page of our website. We do not know if and to what extent and/or for what period of time Google stores and internally uses your IP address. The legal basis for the integration of this service is Article 6, para. 1, clause 1, lit f of the GDPR.
If you are registered with one of Google’s services, Google will be able to allocate your visit on our website to your Google account. Even if you are not registered with Google or not logged in to Google, Google may store your IP address and use it for profiling purposes. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for marketing, market surveys and to tailor its website to your requirements. Such analysis is made – including without limitation and irrespective of whether you are logged in or not – to show you advertising tailored to your needs and in order to inform other users of the social network of your activities on our website. You are entitled to object to the creation of such user profiles by Google.
We would like to inform you that Google may process your data outside the EU / EEA. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and is subject to the provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield: www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. For more information on Google’s data protection regulations, please go to www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
