Celebrating with our retirees – reflecting on our years together
In December 2024, we had the special pleasure of inviting our retirees to an event at our company to honor their valuable contribution to our company's development.
For many, it was an emotional moment to reminisce and visit the workplace where they had worked for years – in many cases with different technology.
After a welcome from Maja and Julian Supe-Dienes, the celebration began with a factory tour, during which our pensioners were given an insight into the current changes and developments in the company. Led by Mr. Oliver Seifer and Mr. Rolf Thielen, this was an exciting opportunity for everyone to see how everything has developed over the years. It is particularly remarkable how strongly digitalization influences the daily work routine today. It was also fascinating for our former colleagues to see how technologies and digital tools now make up a large part of the company’s everyday life – from products to our work processes.
We then enjoyed lunch together, accompanied by great conversations, before laughing about past experiences and funny anecdotes over coffee and pastries. The conversations were characterized by a warm atmosphere and offered many moments of sharing and laughter. We would like to thank our pensioners for their many years of loyalty and valuable cooperation. We would also like to thank all our colleagues who contributed to the organization and content of the program. It was an unforgettable day that showed us all how important it is to honor the past while looking to the future.
We are already looking forward to the next meeting and to continuing to be a part of this great DIENES family!
