DIENES celebrates its jubilees
We are pleased to be able to celebrate 25 and 40 years of employee anniversaries again this year.
For us as a family business, it is always a pleasure to see that we have so many long-serving employees at DIENES who share their knowledge with us and with the next generation. The special ceremony was held by Ms. Susanne Halbe, Management Assistant, Mr. Dieter Kippels, Chairman of the Works Council and Mr. Julian Supe-Dienes, Sales Manager and Managing Director.
We would like to congratulate Mr. Hans Eimermann and Mr. Martin Odenthal on their anniversaries and thank them for their commitment and work at DIENES. Mr. Eimermann celebrated his 40th anniversary in our quality assurance department. At DIENES, we pay great attention to the quality of our knives and knife holders, so the work of quality assurance is an important part of our production process. Mr. Odenthal has already completed his training as a lathe operator at DIENES and now works on our automatic lathes, which he programs and operates. This requires maximum concentration and precision in handling the machines.
As we do every year, we celebrated our anniversaries together with the DIENES pensioners, whom we invite to dinner once a year. We had a great evening together and shared our experiences, fond memories and plans for the future.
