We had the opportunity to present our digital solution TEOC ("The End of Coincidences") Service Packages in the well-known podcast series of WDR 5 "NRW innovativ".
The podcast interviews companies that offer innovative and leading solutions for their industry.
The interview was conducted by our Managing Director Julian Supe-Dienes and our developer Tobias Piwczyk on site at a slitting system that is equipped with TEOC software and connective knife holders. In the podcast, we not only show the many advantages of TEOC in the slitting industry, the WDR team was also able to see the TEOC functions for themselves.
Our slitting systems are usually part of large production lines that cut paper, film or nonwovens. This means that there are various environmental influences that can lead to faults. The TEOC software makes it possible to quickly identify disruptive factors based on data – directly on the system or via remote access. With this knowledge, our service experts can also identify emerging problems remotely and provide support in eliminating malfunctions – without any travel-related waiting times. For our customers, this means a significant increase in overall system availability and at the same time the opportunity to take cooperation with our experts to a new level.
Julian Supe-Dienes revealed in the interview: “TEOC is a game changer for the slitting industry. The system can help to reduce the number of rejects and optimize maintenance intervals.”
We are delighted that TEOC is already being used by customers and has been well received. Find out more about our TEOC Service Packages in the WDR 5 podcast:
