DIENES at The Battery Show Europe 2024 in Stuttgart
We will be exhibiting at this year's fair "The Battery Show Europe" with a new, innovative stand design.
We are delighted to have the opportunity to present our product portfolio at Europe’s most important battery trade fair. Our new stand concept provides us with the opportunity to present our products in a bright and appealing atmosphere and to invite our visitors to stimulating discussions.
At the trade fair, we will be presenting our product highlights that are used for slitting battery foils. These include our electronically driven shear cut knife holder PSGs DF P DC as well as high-precision knives (including carbide knives) and intermediate rings from DIENES and our subsidiary, Messerfabrik Neuenkamp GmbH.
Why is our PSGs DF P DC knife holder so popular when it comes to cutting battery foils?
- The speed of the top knives can be set individually: the disadvantages of a shaft system, such as the time-consuming changing of knives, are eliminated.
- Minimum cutting widths from 70 mm.
- Individually replaceable knives: this contributes to ideal machine availability.
- Optimum cutting edge quality: the quality of the cutting edge has a direct influence on the performance and reliability of the battery cell.
- Backlash-free, vibration-damping double-axis guidance: this variant of the axis guidance helps to increase the service life of the knives and therefore also the faster amortization of the entire slitting system.
- High production speeds: thanks to the electronic knife drive, fast production speeds are also suitable for sensitive foils and high quality requirements.
