ICE Messe 2025
DIENES on the road

Successful Exhibition Days at ICE Europe 2025 in Munich

From March 11th to 13th, 2025, we had an outstanding experience at ICE Europe in Munich with our international team, including colleagues from Germany, Poland, UK, and Italy.

As one of the most significant converting trade shows globally, ICE once again exceeded our expectations, offering an inspiring platform for innovation, valuable conversations, and meaningful connections. After three days of engaging discussions and networking, our team returned home enriched with valuable insights and experiences.

We were particularly proud of our newly designed booth, which featured striking highlights, vibrant colors perfectly aligned with our corporate design, and an optimized, well-structured layout that provided more space for interaction and product displays.

The event kicked off with a pleasant DIENES “Get Together” dinner on Monday evening, fostering a great team spirit before the show started on Tuesday morning. From the very first moment, our booth was bustling with activity, attracting numerous visitors, industry professionals, and long-standing customers. Throughout the three days, we had the opportunity to introduce our latest innovations and showcase some of the industrial slitting solutions DIENES has to offer.

The standout attraction at our booth was our new shear cut knife holder generation, “Long Life”. Displayed prominently between two pillars at the front of the booth, it caught the attention of passersby and industry experts alike. This knife holder integrates all the latest DIENES innovations, making it a comprehensive solution for slitting applications.

“Long Life” knife holder is designed to tackle key challenges in converting processes with its user-friendly features. It incorporates our patented CSL3 (Constant Side Load) technology, ensuring precise and controlled slitting forces while minimizing wear and tear. The depth adjustment is enhanced by the DIENES Depth Control feature, which uses sensor-based LED indications to guide the setting of overlap between top- and bottom knife, guaranteeing precise depth control and stable slitting quality. Additionally, the Easy Change system allows for tool-free knife replacement, complemented by an anti-dust bearing concept. The DIENES knife holder PSA-DF-CSL “Long Life” sets a new benchmark for precision and durability in the industry.

As the proud winner of the ICE Award in both 2022 and 2023, we once again presented our TEOC (The End of Coincidences) knife holder with its digital display. We highlighted the diverse possibilities available through our TEOC Service Packages, providing customers with tailored solutions to optimize their operations with DIENES fully automatic knife positioning systems.

In addition to our knife holder innovations, we also displayed SIMU-FLASH, our high-end automation technology. This system allows for simultaneous knife positioning based on pre-configured recipes that can be set via a touch panel. Thanks to the simultaneous movement of each cut, positioning times of less than 15 seconds are achievable, with an exceptional accuracy level.

As part of the DIENES Slitting Academy, our company also offers training sessions and seminars both on-site and online, in German and English. Visitor were interested in the different seminar types, from our Basic Training – Allrounder to the in-depth Deep Dive Advanced seminar, where we provide valuable learning opportunities to enhance expertise in slitting technologies.

We would like to express our gratitude to our dedicated DIENES team and all the visitors who made ICE Europe 2025 such a success. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and engagement made this event truly memorable. We look forward to seeing you again at future exhibitions and continuing to push the boundaries of industrial slitting solutions together!
